Add image3 #165

This is a notebook for calwebb_image3 for NIRCam.

The following checks were performed:

All outputs were cleared
I made sure there were no open data models
I installed a fresh notebook environment, cleared and re-ran all the cells successfully

This version of the notebook had with statements that caused the notebook to crash and carried over detector1 and image2 notebooks that weren't meant to be part of this pr. This will be closed after PR171 is merged.
