Next Steps on OTE commissioning PSFs

• [ ] Update example notebooks to use catalogs.for_proposal, including synthetic photometry to match the right filters.

• [ ] Make more notebooks for various OTE programs (could be in a separate repo, or shared in OTE team central store)

• [ ] Update tools for generating PSFs from SURs and consistent with ITM sim PSFs

• [ ] Get (hopefully already existing) catalog files for LMC and in focus PSF check fields

• [ ] Test cases to try: Global Alignment, Coarse Phasing (will need work - probably ingest ITM image as the full seed image rather than as PSF or catalog), In-Focus PSF Check, MIMF
