This PR adds initial copies of the code for creating simulated data and performing data analysis for NRC-19 (subarray verification).
In the near future these scripts will be updated/organized so that the creation and analysis notebook can be run directly after cloning. Right now I want to get these into the repo in preparation for CAP meetings.
