Updated HST data #322

Updated HST data. amu.rep files from 2019 FGS calibration. siaf.dat files from 2022 COS LP6 update.

Seems like the new siaf.dat-Latest file has spaces at the end of each line that weren't in the old file. I'm not sure if that would break things, but it looks like it's passing tests.
