Closes #361

This PR addresses extra TVAC specific data being saved in RomanCAL.

The 83 failures in regression tests are due to two errors:

• meta.background is dealt like a stnode (as opposed to a dict) despite lacking a schema. This is something I will be working next, and thus not a concern.
• ['meta']['photometry'] may have changed type from stnode.Photometry to dict for some files.. I will investigate further.
