This pull request contains a new Pandeia-WFIRST notebook. There's no GUI, there are no dependencies on any STScI software except for the Pandeia engine itself. It is almost entirely new code.
On the plus side, that means it's significantly cleaner. It also supports making computations for the WFIRST IFU (with alternating code blocks users can run, which are hopefully clearly delineated)
