In version 3.0 of astropy, the analytic functions for astropy have been depreciated. This should be replaced with astropy.modeling.blackbody

This is a problem with Pandeia v1.2.2 and earlier, and was fixed in Pandeia v1.3. See #26 for thoughts on how to get a new version of Pandeia in here.
