`ngroups` -> `nresultants` changes for the TVAC and FPS schemas #1206

This is related to https://github.com/spacetelescope/rad/issues/413, where we suggested to change ngroups to nresultants. If this change is carried out, we believe that there are some changes needed in romancal so it doesn't break. This issue is also related to #1202.
