TST: codecov upload failed on master #273

Error: Codecov token not found. Please provide Codecov token with -t flag.

Admin needs to generate token and add it to repo secrets. See https://docs.codecov.com/docs/adding-the-codecov-token

Token doesn't help. Maybe the workflow needs fixing.
