Astropy v2 compatibility #139

Compatiblity with FITS overwrite vs clobber keyword. Also update astropy-helpers.

Theoretically stginga will still run without this, just with some deprecation warnings, so there is no rush to make a new release yet (though one should be made soon as per #138 but I am hoping I have time to update the doc before doing so).
