Custom trace for spectral extraction #140

Would it be possible to add an option for the x1d routine to allow the user to specify the trace for spectral extraction? Please correct me if I am wrong, but from what I understand, the only degree of customization allowed by the pipeline is to specify a2center. Custom traces can only be produced by altering the reference files, and that does not seem to be straightforward from a user standpoint.

After some digging, it seems that mktrace can be used to refine the trace based on the science file, so I will close this issue.
