Use PyPI trusted publishing for next release #367

This package is a good candidate for https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/publishing-package-distribution-releases-using-github-actions-ci-cd-workflows/ since it does not rely on OpenAstronomy.

Seems to work. 1.3.0 and later uses it.
