Decide how to handle negative SNR #4

When flux is negative, SNR in HLSPs is negative. Should we leave negative, zero out, nan it, or absolute value it?

We have decided to leave the negative SNR values as is. Any SNR value that is negative should be a flag to the user to use the flux in that region with caution.
