Modifications to rawdata notebook #93

@jotaylor if you run this, run from this new modification!

@emsnyder and @jotaylor I'm having a lot of issues with the last download cells, but I can't figure out if that is from some issues with MAST, or if we should try and find a target that has fewer datasets. Let me know what you think!

This all looks good to me, really like what you added in. The download at the end worked fine for me... maybe something was up with MAST?
