Make it so people can provide their own segmentation maps to the background subtraction as an option.
Best option is to make the segmentation map on the distorted FLT (not drizzled) as that would be easiest. (Figure out if source extractor is better or if photutils would be best.)
Second option is to allow users to NOT do background subtraction. (Must include this option - be sure to update the drizzle code to match sky for runs that don't do background subtraction).
Check if WFC3 has a background subtraction code or method to use.
