Fix travis #49

removed python 3.5, added 3.7 so astropy development version test will run.

According to the status report github is having some issues - this should have been closed after it was successfully merged (which it was). It's now stuck in a merge conflict with itself, and the tests are still pending. I confirmed with @eteq that this is likely the issue. I'm just going to close this myself.
