Updated the way the pstack readthedocs is generated #76

The pstack.py source docstring contains the documentation for the utility, and the readthedocs now draws its information from the source docstring. By definition the source code and the readthedocs are in sync and have been updated.

@cshanahan1 This is essentially just a documentation update so there is only one "source" for the routine description and API.
