During dvc repro received: WARNING: Dependency 'spacy_pl/training' of 'train_trees_lfg_fasttext.dvc' changed because it is 'modified'. I am pretty sure it is caused by differences in __pycache__. Probably adding __pycache__ to .gitignore will fix it.
