NER pipeline step separated into atomic steps

Generally I had to spend an extra day on the Distributed Systems assignment because C socket programming is $@#%!.
Current status of the task:

Diff between old and new output takes forever to compute, will update later
Dicts with sorted keys are not identical, but we need diff to determine whether I've fixed or created a bug
New output looks correct in terms of format, entities are present and converted to BILUO
Steps are separated within the script, but not separated into scripts yet; every class used in Corpus representation needs from_json() method.
Code (in the current state) is on a new branch in paper repo, stuck on authentication for DVC, gcloud auth doesn't help
