Create composer.json based on the oone in Kohana's ORM module #98

All of the Kohana "official" modules now have composer.json files and are registered with Packagist. I think that this module should be there too.

This should probably also be included in the 3.4/develop branch, but I don't think it's necessary to send a separate pull request. I'll do that if you want though.
