Hygiene and simple social distancing

Added 2 additional characteristics with changeable probabilities.

• Agents now have a probability of being stationary which emulates social distancing. Inspired by this video at the set timestamp.
• Changed agent starting position from homeCoord to their workCoord so that they can be infected while stationary. This also required changing movementDir attribute to be towards homeCoord initially, instead of towards workCoord(i.e 0 to 1). Otherwise, buggy movement would occur.
• Hygiene now also reduces infection rate by a certain percentage. This is general hygiene, so includes hand washing, face masks etc.

A problem which might occur is since fewer agents are moving the virus is less likely to spread, so there should be at least 5 initially infected agents, (or an increase total number of agents) so that the model actually progresses.

Again feel free to change anything that looks like it could be improved.
