Question About Alice #1

Hi,

Does Alice just run in the background and basically send a message in chat when one of the streams in stream.list goes live? What about when a stream goes offline? Thanks!

Sorry about the very late reply. I was busy with other things. Alice is run in the background and refreshes itself (has a bug cause of twitch API limiting as of now). It doesn't announce anything automatically. It replies to the only command available for non ops, i.e. .streams which announces the streamers (with link and viewers) that are live.
