SVG previews for example scripts #48

Hi,

It would be nice if we could add SVG files into the repo, showing how each example script's render would look like. Then we could also link the preview to the example list.

Perhaps I could try and raise a pull request. Any thoughts?

Something like this. Perhaps we could use links from this issue.

I'd consider merging a pull request. Perhaps put the SVG files in examples/output. I'd prefer not to have links to graphics in this issue as that's more fragile and harder to maintain.
