Fix header names in README distributed tracing section #44

Fixes the header names used in the distributed tracing in README.md.

(Aside from these ones being used in the code, they were also taken from https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-rb/blob/master/docs/GettingStarted.md#distributed-tracing)
