jjloomis jetpack updates to 4.0.4 #16

Hey @sparanoid. Here are the Jetpack updates to 4.0.4. Not that many this time. Let me know if there's anything I can do to make this whole process easier. I think I'm getting a better handle on all of this stuff now.

Side note: I did test a version with these updates and it does appear to be working.

@sparanoid very cool. Thank you. And another update to Jetpack just came out. Haha. Maybe I'll wait a week (see ANOTHER one comes out) and then do that one. Haha.
