Description

Added the following commands to the Slack API:

/ibis login [userid] (this adds the Slack TeamID and UserID to the Ibis account)
/ibis createroom [roomname] (this creates a new room for posting)
/ibis listrooms (this shows all rooms where you're the host)

Needs revision

[ ] Requires backend Architectural revision
[ ] Requires frontend Architectural revision

Tested locally via NGrok using the Sparc slack installation of /ibis
