Open Unconference Submissions

okay, this is all set! This year I:

• wrote a facilitation guide for sessions: https://docs.google.com/document/d/124EI4z5vRejc3ZirugBDcDwTj9yA-ZPvC34g8uMTG2E/edit#
• updated the unconference page to have more session ideas, and generally be a bit more refined
• de-emphasised voting, and things that people don't do
• gave session facilitators MUCH more info, and suggested they start prepping asap
• updated the session notes doc to be pretty (to encourage people to use them)
• wrote a post-session follow up email to send after the event to get people to make notes
• started to document our internal process here to make this easier year on year. Asking @bradyyano to help me test this and help manage the process from here this year

It's currently live on the site, at all the normal places. @lorrainechu3n good to go in the next message.

One final question here. Do we need to give people some guidance on what kinds of things to propose for the unconference vs. doathon? It seems like some differentiation might be useful.
