Open Unconference Submissions #100

@JosephMcArthur I imagine you've already got a plan for this. When are we planning to open submissions for the unconference?

One final question here. Do we need to give people some guidance on what kinds of things to propose for the unconference vs. doathon? It seems like some differentiation might be useful.
