This would need to be a small, multilingual team with a decent eye for stories & what would engage people. This group could:

Using Live Highlights on our Youtube Live channel to make the stream more engaging
Creating moments from tweets as they happen
Creating & translating key session notes

Suggested in #39, but this is a bit of a stub issue as until we've done more planning it's unclear if we'll have the capacity to do this.

I think something to bring up on an OC call after app decisions go out, I think a lot of OC members would be happy to help curate/translate.
