api 변경 #10

API 서버에 여러 변경사항이 있습니다. 기존 API는 여전히 https://memvers-api.sparcs.org/api/ 를 통해서 접근 가능하며, 새로운 API는 api 없이 https://memvers-api.sparcs.org/login 등의 형태로 바로 접근합니다. API 문서를 만들었으니 다음 링크에서 확인 후 프런트 수정해주세요. https://sparcs-kaist.github.io/wedalias/ 최대한 RESTful한 설계를 시도해 보았으나, 해본적이 없어서 어렵군요...

그리고 API 도 별도의 테스트 서버를 만드는 방법을 고려중이나, 나중에 시간이 되면 작업해 보겠습니다.

이거 먼저 해주시는게 좋을거 같아요. api 서버 고치면서 구 api는 그대로 두고 현 api만 제대로 buf fix를 해서 구 api에서는 일부 기능이 오동작합니다.. 아마 request method랑 url만 좀 달라지고 거의 그대로일거에요
