접근 제어는 getFuturePlannerItemById 등 메서드 호출 시에 user를 넣어줌으로써 404로 처리하는거죠?

맞습니다 repo 레벨에서 where clause에 user id로 함께 필터링되도록 연결되어 있습니다.
