Add padding for OSX Fullscreen mode #3

When the location and tab bars are set to auto-hide in fullscreen mode using this extension, the tab bar gets hidden behind the auto-hiding OSX menu bar and title bar. This could be fixed by adding some blank space above the tab bar so that the tab bar extends down below the auto-hiding location bar.
