Describe the bug compatibility issues with Pandas in the latest version of QGIS (3.28.12 LTR / 3.34.0 RC)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

export SW / GW data

Screenshots / error messages

TypeError: DataFrame.drop() takes from 1 to 2 positional arguments but 3 were given
TypeError: to_csv() got an unexpected keyword argument 'line_terminator'
