Time and Location clarification #10

I'm seeing conflicting sources of information on the time and location of the workshop. Could anyone clarify the when and where, please?

Location: Omni Shoreham Hotel Senate Room, Main Conference Venue.
Time: Itinerary is 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.

The "Spark in the Dark Workshop Next Week! Hooray!" email also lists 9:00AM-12:00PM but does not give a specific location.

Location: West End Neighborhood Library (The Venues page lists this as "Future West End Library").
Time: 9:30AM-12:30PM

It's also worth noting that the West End Library doesn't open until 9:30AM.
