Load event isn't triggered unless widget containers are present #39

If a widget container isn't on a page the load event is never triggered. This doesn't allow for use of sparkart.js as an interface to the Sparkart Services API.

My hack is of course not working reliably, we'll need to resolve this soon, it's causing issues with UFC's member event registration.
