Mixpanel tracking doesn't set distinct ID #47

The addition of #46 doesn't include any calls to setMixpanelDistinctId, making it impossible for developers to use this feature. Part of the point of integrating the tracking code into this library was for developers to not have to worry about setting this up in order for Mixpanel to behave as expected.
