fix: optimize some more svgs #277

This just runs a few more SVGs through SVGO.

Testing:

  1. Browse to the deployed branch site and confirm that each of the SVGs still load properly:
    1. Main header: https://deploy-preview-277--apprentice-at.netlify.app/
    2. Internal header (both at the top and middle of the page: https://deploy-preview-277--apprentice-at.netlify.app/about/
    3. Down arrow (on the category dropdown): https://deploy-preview-277--apprentice-at.netlify.app/submit/
