Refactor: remove copy and concat tasks #325

remove copy and concat tasks from gruntfile
add the new scripts for copy and concat inside of the build script
remove build task when running grunt dev in Gruntfile, it will now run in the start script
remove the stylesheets property inside watch.js, sass:watch script has replaced it
