refactor: images editing improvements #112

Description

Jeremy worked with me to improve the edits to the v9 apprentice images.

To Validate

  1. Pull down refactor--v9-images
  2. Run npm run dev to start the local server
  3. Go to localhost:5000
  4. Check that v9 apprentices images are there
