Overhaul

@cromwellryan: @laurendorman, @kaseybon, and I have done a complete overhaul of the Apprenticeships repository.

• We've done away with the phases, and instead organized the curriculum by topic (getting started, basic programming, front-end development, and app development.)
• We've also eliminated the original README (which contained a description of the apprenticeship geared towards prospective apprentices). We've done this because the apprenticeship site does a better job of marketing the program.
• Finally, we created a new table of contents page to act as a pathway to the above topics, the Pairing, Journals, & Reviews section, as well as the apprentices site for those who want to learn more or apply.

This is awesome everyone! I'm going to send this around and dig deeper myself too. It's gonna take me some time though :)
