Add instructions to install PostgresSQL using 'brew' if bundle fails.

Good call @AllenMay. I had some trouble with postgres while setting up a new machine the other day. We're in the process of reorganizing all the documentation. Should be done in the next day or two. I'd like to get our pending changes merged in and then bring in your postgres addition.

I think the enhancement should be left out of the README for now. Could you open a new issue on that?

I created issue #276 - PostgresSQL Install. It has the comments for the brew install of PostgresSQL.

@AllenMay I'm sorry, I meant a new issue for the feature request. I love the idea of harnessing APIs so organizers like you don't have to do more work than necessary. I'm sure it'll take a little time to work through that, though. Details on how we might utilize those are welcome. Thanks 😄
