@yock I am getting a diff on the Gemfile.lock let's straighten that out and do a test deploy, then go to master/update gem. :+1:

This PR addresses issue #2 and issue #4

@patricksimpson Are you getting a Gemfile.lock different than what's in the PR? There are updates to the Gemfile.lock that are intentionally part of this.
