Install toggl-track from app store #72

As it has been removed from cask: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/pull/138572

We have to use mas from ansible: https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/community/general/mas_module.html

The app store id is the following one:

❯ mas search toggl-track
  1291898086  Toggl Track: Hours & Time Log  (4.7.0)

Is this still relevant, since we've stopped using Toggl Track?

@tegola I actually don't think so, it's not worth installing anymore.
