MacOS Toggl install error #76

Hi, right now when I launch the provisioner on MacOs Ventura (v 13.1), I get this error while installing the Toggl app:

TASK [Install packages from App Store] *****************************************
fatal: [127.0.0.1]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Error running command 'install' on app '1291898086': No downloads"}

The problem occurs when the app is installed for the first time. As the mas documentation suggests, in this case you need to use the purchase command:

Please note that this command will not allow you to install (or even purchase) an app for the first time: use the purchase command in that case. ⛔ The purchase command is not supported as of macOS 10.15 Catalina. Please see Known Issues.

But the purchase command fails with this error:

Error: This command is not supported on this macOS version due to changes in macOS. For more information see: https://github.com/mas-cli/mas#known-issues
