Feature/st 76 add redmine update command #85

This implements a first working version of remine issue updates. The redmine:update command supports all standard issues attributes as well as custom fields.

What's missing:

Additional documentation in README.md (command has a clear output and is easy to grasp)
Tests, which I plan to add as soon as I get an introduction from @paolomainardi
Adding attachments to issues is not supported yet: I plan to open an issue dedicated to this
