Low Light Noise Augmentation #295

Resolves #158

This pull request introduces the LowLightNoise augmentation module which can simulate images in a low light environment. The LowLightNoise augmentation is a valuable addition to our AI repository, as it allows Augraphy to replicate pictures taken by cameras.
