Maintain Springer Formatting in TeX & PDF #4

Short papers submitted to DAS 2022 must be in a Springer format. A template project for that can be found here.

splncs04.bst, shabby.tex, and llncs.cls are the critical elements here. The .cls and .bst files are imported into the .tex file where they define the style that elements will get. The whole contents of the paper are inside shabby.tex. Compiling this with pdflatex produces shabby.pdf.
