R18 must be connected to RLD instead of SW

@vredzhepov i am very late but i agree. considering CARDIAC MONITOR CONFIGURATION on pg 25 of the AD8232 datasheet this design is correct. However R18 seems to be designed as a optional jumper and when it is selected design should serve as HEART RATE MEASUREMENT NEXT TO THE HEART configuration as on pg 24. So in summary it should be connected to RLD.

If you are not going to change the configuration, you are safe to use this design without any problems tho..

@selman-nus I think that this bug must be denoted in the official documentation for the board.
