Created a board file for the LilyPad USB Plus, which is a Atmel 32u4 processor. This is a modified version of the pro micro product, with new pin locations to match the layout of the LilyPad ProtoSnap Plus, which is a LilyPad USB Plus with extra LilyPad modules in a frame.

This adds version 1.1.7 of the SparkFun AVR boards.
