Upgrade ESP32 Tools #77

Upstream ESP32 tools have been updated. Upgrade gcc and esptool_py. This includes the fix for macOS 11 (Big Sur).

This solved a problem trying to get a micromod esp32 to work on a M1 macbook air running Big sur

I believe that Arduino also needs to see a version change for the board manager to update the tools.

I added V1.0.1, which has the updated tools. I do not have an M1 macbook to test on, but it is working on my core i5 running Big Sur (11.3)
