Looks like this was panelized already- did this issue get addressed?
I'm not entirely sure what's Pete's referring to.
There is a small overlap of tcream because you have to have a small SMD pad (for electrical/schematic connection) that is square then a larger polygon that is the correct shape (one corner cut). Polygons don't have tcream so then I created a tcream poly to match the non-square center pad.
There was a previous error with the FP where tstop poly was lacking so only a small amount of metal was exposed. That's been fixed. I think we're good. Closing issue.
Not sure if this is intentional, but it looks like there might be a leftover polygon drawn on the tcream layer under the IC. Is this supposed to be there? Because the tstop is so much smaller, I imagine it might cause issues during reflow.
